«PLATFORM RAZOM» PRIVACY POLICY

PRIVACY POLICY “RAZOM PLATFORMS” (“SUBSCRIBE TO ARMY”)

  1. Introductory part. In this Privacy Policy of the Razom Platform (hereinafter referred to as the Policy), which is an internal document of the Administrator – ALL-UKRAINIAN CHARITABLE FOUNDATION “CIVIL PLATFORM RAZOMYUA” (EDRPOU code 43604748, location and postal address: 01024, Kyiv, Bankova St., building 3, apt. 33), which is the owner of the Razom Platform (“SUBSCRIBE TO ARMY”, “SUBSCRIBE TO THE ARMY”) and carries out the development, administration and operation of the Razom Platform, the User can find information about how the User’s data is processed, for what purposes it is used, as well as what rights the User has regarding personal data.

The terms “Administrator”, “User”, “Razom Platform” are used in this Policy in accordance with the definitions specified in the Razom Platform User Agreement, which is available on the website https://razom.com and https://subscribetoarmy.com.

  1. General provisions. This Policy is a legal agreement between the Razom Platform, represented by its Administrator, and you, as the User. This Policy applies to the Razom Platform, which is located on the website https://razom.com and https://subscribetoarmy.com.

  2. Collection of individual data. When you visit the Razom Platform at https://razom.com and https://subscribetoarmy.com, we automatically receive certain technical data. You may also voluntarily provide additional data. What data do we collect:

  • the location that the user wants to indicate by his affiliation

  1. Purpose of processing personal data. The initial purpose and, accordingly, the reason for processing your data is to provide you with access to the Razom Platform website and all its functionalities. We also process your data to improve the operation of the Razom Platform website and for analytical purposes. Processing of your data that is not directly related to providing access to the Razom Platform website, but is related to it and is based on our legitimate interest. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time convenient for you by writing to us at [email protected].

  2. Data transfer. In the course of our work, we may transfer certain data about you to third parties.

The Administrator reserves the right to unilaterally periodically and without prior notice make changes to the terms of this Policy by posting a new version of the Policy on the Razom Platform website. In this case, the new terms of the Policy are mandatory for Users from the moment of posting the new version of this Policy, unless another date for the changes to come into force is specified additionally when posting them. Terms not regulated by this Policy are regulated in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
