15th Separate Marine Support Regiment

The 15th Separate Support Regiment of the 30th Marine Corps of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is a unit that provides support for the combat operations of marine units independently or as part of designated groupings of troops (forces).

Under the leadership of the regiment commander and other experienced commanders, the unit has already become an example of teamwork.

The main tasks of the 15th Separate Support Regiment are:

• engineering reconnaissance of the enemy, terrain, and objects;
• installation and maintenance of engineering barriers;
• execution of demolitions and strengthening of natural obstacles;
• creation and maintenance of passages (bypasses) in engineering barriers and demolitions, marking mined areas (sections);
• preparation and maintenance of movement routes (maneuver, supply, evacuation) of troops (forces), participation in the technical covering of military roads;
• demining of terrain and objects;
• engineering and technical support of troops (forces);
• collection and processing of information from posts and patrols (units) of CBRN reconnaissance and other sources of information;
• fortification of defensive lines, areas, and positions of troops (forces);
• execution of engineering measures for camouflage of troops (forces) and objects, simulation of their actions (functioning);
• arrangement of anti-drone corridors;
• ensuring the crossing of personnel over water obstacles using landing boats and vessels;
• terrain reconnaissance and observation using UAVs;
• remote mining.

The Separate Support Regiment is an element of combat power that combines effective command and clear coordination with personnel. Efficient and coordinated work allows the unit to successfully accomplish assigned tasks, as our servicemen are brave and motivated, preserve military brotherhood, and are ready to continuously improve their skills in order to defeat the enemy under the most challenging conditions.
