History and Purpose: The center was established on the initiative of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valerii Zaluzhnyi. Initially, it functioned as a training ground for sergeants and junior commanders. Over time, it expanded its scope to become a full-fledged multidomain training center.
Insignia and Symbolism: The insignia of the 151st Training Center is shield-shaped with rounded edges. It features two crossed muskets and a torch, symbolizing military training and knowledge. These elements are traditional symbols for training units in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, reflecting the continuity of military traditions.
Main Activities: Basic Military Training (BMT) for new recruits. Restoration of combat readiness for units returning from the frontlines.
Training of platoon and company commanders, as well as sergeant corps. The center conducts intensive courses, covering: Tactical medicine Combat planning and operations in defense and offense Other essential military disciplines.
