The use of innovation in war makes it possible to develop technologically and perform combat tasks more effectively, while reducing risks to the lives of soldiers. The 67th Separate Mechanized Brigade has been participating in combat operations for five years. Currently, together with adjacent units, it is conducting counteroffensive operations in the Oleksandrivka direction.
Fighters of the 67th Separate Mechanized Brigade actively use various unmanned systems on the battlefield — from heavy bombers to ground robotic systems that perform a wide range of tasks.
During the conversation, the head of the brigade’s communications unit, Inna Kovaliv, explains why the use of the latest technologies at the front is extremely important and how the “Subscribe to army” platform can significantly improve the unit’s supply.
“In modern technological warfare, when logistics are under constant enemy fire and positions are often difficult to reach, robots play a key role. Ground robotic systems are part of a new era of war, where the most dangerous work is performed by machines, not people. This allows us to preserve personnel while carrying out combat tasks with minimal risk to life,” notes Inna Kovaliv.
The 67th Separate Mechanized Brigade is a combat unit formed from volunteers. The soldiers have gone through a number of intense directions: from the liberation of Kharkiv region and battles for Bakhmut to the defense of the Serebrianskyi forest, Chasiv Yar, the Lyman direction, participation in the Kursk operation, defense of Sumy region, and now — Dnipropetrovsk region.
Robots hold the tree line — and more
Ground robotic systems play a key role in saving the lives of Ukrainian infantry. They take on the most dangerous tasks, allowing the military to operate remotely: this includes not only logistics and supply, but also fire support, demining, mining of territories, and evacuation of the wounded.
“Our ground robotic systems provide fire support — systems equipped with machine guns or other weapons conduct surveillance in a sector defined by the operator. Other robots perform remote mining of enemy positions or demining of territories, reducing risks for sappers,” the servicewoman adds.
Robotic platforms are also used to evacuate the wounded from under fire — one of the most dangerous operations at the front. When enemy FPV drones are constantly operating along the line of contact, robots deliver ammunition, provisions, and water to forward positions, which are often otherwise unreachable.
Subscription — reliable support for soldiers
“To have these technologies and use them in daily operations, significant resources are needed. Especially since our operators and engineers are constantly improving solutions in response to challenges and tasks. We have many motivated specialists who work like true inventors: they test, adapt, improve — continuously. All for the result: to destroy the enemy as efficiently as possible,” notes Inna Kovaliv.
That is why “Subscribe to army” is becoming a reliable support tool that helps fighters of the 67th Brigade meet their needs and develop technological solutions.
On the “Subscribe to army” platform, you can choose the 67th Separate Mechanized Brigade and set up recurring donations that will go directly to the account of the military unit.
This is a fully social project — 100% of the funds are transferred directly to the official account of the brigade and used for the most urgent needs.
The minimum subscription amount starts from UAH 10. Everyone can choose a convenient format of support: daily, weekly, or monthly donation.
How it works:
- Choose the 67th Separate Mechanized Brigade on subscribetoarmy.com
- Define the amount and frequency of support
- Track the results
The platform openly shows the total amount of funds raised and the number of subscribers.
“Today, our society must understand that the war will not end tomorrow or in three months. So we must stay together and move toward a common goal — the long-awaited victory. We are grateful to everyone who supports us, because it gives our soldiers the motivation to continue the liberation struggle,” says the servicewoman, heading out for another field assignment with a TV crew.
