The “Subscribe to army” platform processes dozens of requests from brigades every day. To ensure your requests are handled quickly and without unnecessary delays, we have prepared a short guide on where to reach out and when to use the phone versus when it is enough to send an email. This will help avoid misunderstandings and make our joint work much more efficient.

1. Official email — for all requests that require processing and changes

📩 [email protected]

Please write to this address in the following cases:

When a brigade wants to join the platform

  • sending a request for connection;
  • providing a logo/emblem;
  • submitting information about the official account (EDRPOU, military unit number);
  • indicating a contact person.

When you need to update information on a brigade’s page

  • replace the emblem;
  • update details;
  • change or add a contact person;
  • уточнити текстовий опис;
  • correct data.

When technical assistance is needed

  • the page is displayed incorrectly;
  • a link is not working;
  • there are errors in the information or statistics.

Why email? Because every request is registered, processed, and documented. This ensures order and fast execution.

2. Phone + messengers — for urgent issues and quick communication

📞 +380 68 333 44 56 This number is also available on Telegram, WhatsApp, and Signal.

When to call or message:

  • when an urgent situation arises that requires a quick response (for example, a critical error on a brigade page or in the account during an active campaign);
  • when command wants to ask a short question that does not require an official email;
  • when you have difficulties preparing an email or materials.

Important: Even if the issue is discussed by phone or in a messenger, official actions (updates, connection, changes) are still оформлюються виключно оформлюються лише through an email to [email protected]. This is necessary for security and accuracy.

4. Why is this important?

A clear distribution of communication allows:

  • avoiding errors and duplication;
  • ensuring correct identification of brigades;
  • guaranteeing prompt technical support;
  • maintaining order and information security.

By working together in a unified format, we scale a support system that helps brigades plan purchases and receive what they need on time every day.
